These terms govern your use of DAEI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
DAEI provides compliance tooling for Lithuania's renewable-transport-fuel (DAEI) obligation — a free cost-corridor monitor, a position calculator, and an April filing report for obligated fuel suppliers. Our outputs are estimates for planning and decision-support; you remain responsible for your official regulatory filings and for reconciling figures against the relevant registry.
You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account.
The service and its outputs are licensed to you for your own compliance use. You may not resell or redistribute the software or its reports, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing product. Our figures are estimates for planning and decision-support — they are not legal, tax or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for your official filings and for complying with all applicable laws.
The information is gathered from third-party public sources and is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service, its scoring and its software are owned by DAEI. Your own account data remains yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAEI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms; we will note material changes by email or in the app, and continued use means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and the European Union. Questions: support@fuelcorridor.com.
