See where DAEI compliance cost is heading — and whether you're exposed.
A free monitor of Lithuania's renewable-transport-fuel (DAEI) obligation: the statutory penalty ceiling, the rising obligation to 2030, and a quick read on your own position.
Decision-support figures — not an official filing
These figures come from Lithuania's DAEI statute (the 2024 parameters verified against primary sources; the ramp to 2030 set by amendment XV-333) and Baltpool's national statistics. It is a decision-support view of the obligation — not an official compliance filing.

About this monitor
Does the monitor publish a DAEI unit cost?
No. We show the statutory penalty ceiling and cite Baltpool's published national volume statistics — we do not compute, assert, or publish a DAEI unit price. DAEI unit prices are agreed privately between suppliers (off-exchange); there is no public unit-price feed.
Is the monitor really free?
Yes. The monitor is a free lead magnet. The position calculator and the April report generator are the paid tools.
How are the numbers verified?
They come from public primary sources — the Law on Alternative Fuels, Baltpool's 2024 national statistics, and VERT enforcement decisions. The parameters were verified against those sources and signed off in 2026, so the figures reflect the 2024 statute; the on-page reads remain a decision-support view, not an official filing.
