FAQ

How the DAEI obligation works, and what the monitor, calculator and April report do.

What is the DAEI obligation?

Obligated fuel suppliers in Lithuania must reach a rising renewable-energy share in road transport under the Law on Alternative Fuels. Falling short is penalised for every megajoule below the target.

What does this product do?

Three things: a free cost-corridor monitor to see where compliance cost is heading, a position calculator for your exact shortfall and € exposure, and an April filing report with an auditor pack.

Is the monitor free?

Yes — the cost-corridor monitor is a free lead magnet. The position calculator and the April report are paid.

Are the figures official?

They are built from public primary sources — the statute, Baltpool's national statistics and VERT decisions — and the parameters were verified against those sources and signed off. The tools are decision-support, not an official filing.

Which country do you cover?

Lithuania, under the DAEI obligation. More markets will follow as each country's ruleset is verified.

How does billing work?

Through your account — upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time. The monitor stays free; you only pay for the calculator and the April report.
